Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of C- Stack, including the website and the mobile app. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use C- Stack. Keep your password to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under your login. The person who creates the company account is the account owner and can add, remove, and set permissions for everyone else on the team.

Your data is yours

Everything you put into C- Stack — customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, plans, timesheets — belongs to your company, not to us. We store and process it so the service works. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it at any time.

Plans and billing

C- Stack is in early access. Paid plans are currently free to use while the product is being built, and we will give account owners clear notice before that changes. Plan limits, such as how many users a plan allows, are shown on the Billing page.

Acceptable use

Don’t use C- Stack to break the law, to store someone else’s data without the right to, or to attack the service or other users. Don’t try to access another company’s records.

Takeoff measurements

The takeoff tool measures what you draw on the plan you uploaded, at the scale you set. It is an estimating aid, not a substitute for your own verification. Check quantities before you bid or order material — you’re responsible for the numbers that go on your estimate.

Availability

We work to keep C- Stack running, but we don’t promise it will be available without interruption. During early access, expect occasional downtime while we ship changes.

No warranty

C- Stack is provided “as is.” We don’t warrant that it will be error-free or that it will meet every requirement of your business.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, C- Stack isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost bids, or lost data — arising from your use of the service.

Ending your account

You can stop using C- Stack whenever you like; contact us to close your account and remove your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll update the date above and notify account owners.
