How long does setup take?
Create an account, add your logo and your first customer, and send an estimate in the same sitting. There is nothing to install, and your crew signs in on their phones with their own login.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Settings has a one-click export that downloads your customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, work orders and time entries as CSV files. Your data is yours, and you can take it any time.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
There is no direct QuickBooks sync yet. Invoice and payment records export as CSV your bookkeeper can drop into QuickBooks.
What do you store, and how is it protected?
Your company's customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, plans, photos and time entries. Everything travels over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and card payments go through Stripe, so C-Stack never sees card numbers.
What happens if I stop paying or leave?
Your account drops to the free Side Hustle plan and your records stay put. You can export everything first, or email us to close the account and delete your data.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Side Hustle is free for 1–2 users with no card required, and there is no cap on estimates, invoices or customers. Upgrade to Pro when you add a crew; Pro starts with 30 days free, no card needed.
